What shipping methods are available?
All orders will be fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail. There are no other shipping methods available at this time.
We CAN ship to PO Boxes as well as APO addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Sales are limited to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST (12:00 PM PST) will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day.
How long will it take to get my package?
Shipping times vary from next day delivery to 5 business days. If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please contact us.
How is my package shipped?
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packages.
What happens if my shipment is lost?
We are not responsible for carrier mishandling of shipped out products. Once an order departs our fulfillment facility, liability of a successful delivery falls within the hands of the carrier and recipient.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Currently, orders can be placed three different ways: via eCheck, Bitcoin, and by direct bank transfer (just like Venmo or Cash app). No payment information is stored on our servers. Your payment is safe and secure.

How can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order by reaching out to us before your order is shipped. If it has already been shipped, we will assist you with a return request.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is needed to place an order on our site. However, it does make future orders much faster as all of your shipping information is already saved.
How do I track my order?
It’s easy! Simply click on Order Tracking below and enter in your email address and your order number. The latest status of your order will always be found there.
How can I return a product?
Product return requests must be made within 30 days of confirmed delivery date. We withhold the right to decline any return request.
To begin a return, send an email to [email protected] to request an RMA. If the product being returned is sealed and untampered, a full refund (less shipping) will be provided. If the product has already been opened, only store credit will be given.
Returned product is destroyed and will not be resold.
