Fulfillment and Shipping Policies
1. Site Operation Hours
Our site operates from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
2. Shipping Destinations
Kratom Connect ships to all US states, counties, and cities where Kratom is legal. We also ship to all APO and FPO international military bases.
3. Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Orders submitted before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and fulfilled the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and fulfilled the following business day.
- Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been successfully packaged and shipped.
4. Shipping Carrier and Delivery Times
- Our standard carrier is USPS Priority Mail.
- Delivery times for USPS Priority Mail depend on the recipient's location and range from 2-7 business days, shipping from Southern California.
- We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS and FedEx upon request.
5. Address Issues and Reshipment
- Orders that are unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address will incur additional fees for reshipment.
- Reshipment of these orders will only take place once the original package has been received by Kratom Connect.
- Customers may utilize USPS package interception features here.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, a “Search Request” must be submitted by the customer to the carrier before contacting Kratom Connect’s customer service.
- Requests for replacement orders, refunds, or store credit for lost items will not be addressed without a “Search Request” or case number assigned to the incident.
7. Damaged Products
- For orders with damaged products, a formal claim must be submitted to the carrier and a case number assigned before any action is taken by Kratom Connect.
8. Incorrect Orders
- Incorrectly fulfilled orders are subject to Kratom Connect’s approval.
- In most cases, images of the incorrect products are required, and products must be returned unopened.
- This process is subject to the strict discretion of Kratom Connect Customer Service.
9. Returns and Refunds
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Items must be unopened to qualify for refunds.
- All other requests are subject to Kratom Connect’s approval.
